Much better than expected!

I didn’t expect the earbuds to be this good for the price. The sound is clear, the bass is deep and phone calls work perfectly. They’re also very comfortable to wear.

        How does the installation work?

        Installation & Setup

        1. Download the app

        Download the app using the QR code on the side of the packaging.

        2. Connect your device

        Open the app and tap “Connect device.”

        Quick Connection

        Remove the earbuds from the charging case — they will turn on automatically.

        Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone and select B11 to pair.

        Choose Your Language

        In Free Talk mode, select the input and output languages from the many available options (Italian, English, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, and more).

        Real-Time Translation

        Wear the earbuds, touch the touch sensor, and start speaking.

        The translation happens instantly, allowing you to communicate without language barriers.

        Fast Charging

        After use, place the earbuds back into the charging case.

        They will be fully charged within 1 hour.

        The charging case itself fully charges in approximately 1.5 hours.

        Important

        Make sure to allow microphone access for the app in your phone’s settings.

        Microphone permission is required to conduct conversations.

        Bluetooth Guide

        The ChatterPods™ appear as B11 in your Bluetooth device list.


        1. Go to your Bluetooth settings

        2. Turn Bluetooth on

        3. Scroll down the list and select B11

        Troubleshooting

        If you don’t see B11, try the following steps:

        Step 1


        • Turn Bluetooth off

        • Close the app completely (do not delete it)

        • Restart your phone

        • Put the earbuds back in the case

        • Turn Bluetooth on again

        • Connect to B11 from the Bluetooth list

        Still not working? Try Step 2


        • Delete the app and reinstall it

        • Turn Bluetooth off

        • Put the earbuds back in the case

        • Turn Bluetooth on again

        • Connect to B11

        Step 3


        • Test with another device

        • Turn Bluetooth off

        • Download the app on another phone

        • Insert the earbuds

        • Connect to B11 from the Bluetooth list
